Safety & Quality
Safety is paramount both within our manufacturing facility and when operating on site. During the design of our products, particular attention is paid to the safety of the installers and personnel who will be involved in the future operation and maintenance of equipment.
To maintain our excellent safety record we employ a full-time safety officer who constantly monitors safety issues and ensures that the best safe practices are adhered to.
ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System
Our quality management system has been in place for ten years; all processes, from initial sales, through design and manufacture, distribution and installation activities are closely monitored and audited by a dedicated Quality Manager. We are committed to improving the standards of quality throughout the company through an integrated programme of training for our entire workforce.
ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System
We understand the necessity of reducing the effects of our activities upon the environment. The importance of identifying our impacts and managing them successfully not only contributes to our operational efficiency and business prosperity, but to the welfare of the surrounding environment both today and in the future. We recognise that in order to achieve our environmental aims, we require the commitment of all our staff, suppliers and customers. Our Environmental Policy is therefore incorporated into our daily activities and environmental awareness is effectively communicated to all areas.
