- Install new blowers and pipework
- Install Pipe Bridge
- Install new air header pipework, associated valves and instruments
- Install guides and Lift Out Grids
- Install DO & MLSS probes
- Install mixer into Anoxic Zone on new lane
Specifics
- Grade 304 stainless steel below TWI, Grade 316 above
- 4 x lanes, 7 x Lift Out Grids per lane, total 28 Lift Out Grids
- 252 Diffusers per lane, total 1008 Diffusers
- Remove and disposal of 5 existing blowers, replace with 3 x Aerzen GM90 blowers
Technical data
- Each lane is single pass with an anoxic zone for the first 12% of volume
- The peak air requirement is 7,500 Nm3/h
- The Flow to Full Treatment is 367 l/s
