ELIQUO HYDROK celebrates International Women’s Day.

There are many talented and highly-qualified women who are part of the team at ELIQUO HYDROK. From Project Managers, to Design Engineers, to Sales, Finance, HR and Marketing Managers, as well as members of our installations team, who work on site to deliver and install key projects.

International Women’s Day is an annual event to recognise the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. It is an opportunity to highlight the progress made towards gender equality and equity and to raise awareness of the ongoing challenges that women face worldwide.

This year’s International Women’s Day theme is ‘Inspire Inclusion’, which includes the promotion of diversity in leadership and decision-making positions. Many of the women working at ELIQUO HYDROK hold leadership and decision-making positions, we’ve had an increase of 40% women on our Operational Management Team, as well as a 30% increase of women in decision-making positions joining our team in the last year.
