ELIQUO HYDROK, is delighted to welcome William Mackveley as Sales and Business Development Director from 15th September 2025.

William joins ELIQUO HYDROK from Severn Trent Connect, where he has been Head of the business since 2018. During his time there, he led its successful transformation into a profitable, industry-leading wastewater services provider, delivering major infrastructure projects, securing long-term contracts, and building high-performing teams. His earlier career includes senior roles in business strategy, integration, and operational performance across Severn Trent Group.

William brings extensive experience in strategy, commercial growth, and infrastructure delivery within the regulated water sector, along with a strong background in stakeholder engagement, engineering-led solutions, and operational leadership.

William will lead our market development and sales strategy in order to drive further business growth. William will hold statutory directorship responsibilities as part of the Director Team and work very closely with Managing Directors, Matt Down and Peter Wroe, as well as the wider senior leadership team.
