We are delighted to have successfully been awarded three lots on the Thames Water Tertiary & Biological Filtration Equipment for Wastewater framework.
Under this framework, ELIQUO HYDROK will supply, install, and maintain a new Pile Cloth Media Filtration (PCMF), whilst in addition, the Hire, Parts and Service team are awarded contracts to repair and refurbish existing PCMF units and Sand Filters.
Managing Director, Lewis O’Brien, said:
“Being awarded the Thames Framework follows a detailed bid which achieved high aggregate scores for three lots (the only company to have been awarded three lots).
We have worked in partnership with Thames Water for a significant period of time and we are delighted that we can now deliver further important services and maintenance for them and their customers.
Our Mecana Pile Cloth Media Filtration units are state-of-the-art technology in wastewater management. We manufacture all units at our facilities in the South West and our maintenance team works throughout the UK and abroad to maintain all our innovative equipment.”
Service & Maintenance Manager, Jim Prout, said :
“We operate a Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) regime, capturing the specific needs and conditions for each site. This enables us to tailor maintenance requirements, resulting in cost efficiencies, fewer call outs, plant reliability and foresight to allow maintenance to be booked during periods of low demand on the STW.
ELIQUO HYDROK take a holistic approach to servicing by capturing and monitoring the performance of a plant and analysing the conditions. We also have the advantage of being able to compare sites across the UK and Europe, to understand trends and common issues. This is a continuous process, optimising maintenance for each individual site offering real-time cost savings.”
