In-house fabrication and manufacturing
ELIQUO HYDROK is founded around a core of key, skilled engineers who share a common purpose - to offer a wide range of engineering based products and services, from design, through development to manufacture. This has expanded into a thriving manufacturing base specialising in stainless steel components.
Based in mid-Cornwall the company has state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, offering innovative and bespoke solutions to clients throughout the UK, Southern Ireland and further afield.
ELIQUO HYDROK has a history of providing engineering solutions for the Water Industry and is the largest manufacturer of static and mechanical CSO Screens in Europe. Our manufacturing facilities operate within purpose built modern facilities using up-to-date machinery. Our tool room facilities occupy around 8,000 square feet and provide every aspect of precision engineering, with CNC lathes, machining centres, surface and cylindrical grinders, spark eroding, and skilled personnel.
Our fabrication area occupies over 10,000 square feet, allowing for very large structures to be assembled on the premises. This area includes 2 internal overhead cranes plus a vacuum lift for the safe handling of large sheets. A further external overhead crane has been installed allowing for space to be optimised and vehicle loading to be speeded up. The cranes allow ELIQUO HYDROK to handle large and complex assemblies and structures permitting more 'offsite' manufacturing to meet the market demands and health and safety requirements 'onsite'.
